By participating in our program and creating content for Nordlicht You confirm that you have read the following guidelines and fully comply with them:
DO'S (Commitments)

Advertising labeling requirement (transparency): Every post must be clearly and immediately labelled as advertising in accordance with applicable legal regulations (e.g., with a barcode).

- Usage rights for Northern Lights: By creating and publishing the content, you agree Nordlicht grants the irrevocable right, unlimited in time, space and content, to use the created content free of charge and across platforms on one's own social media channels, website, newsletter and for paid advertising purposes (e.g. Meta Ads, Pinterest Ads).
- Originality and third-party rights: You expressly guarantee that the content you create is your own original work and does not infringe any third-party rights. This applies in particular to the use of music, sound tracks, photos, graphics, as well as the personality and image rights of any persons depicted or heard. You assure that you have obtained all necessary consents and licenses for the content in advance.
DON'TS (Prohibitions)
- No copyrighted music (commercial use): Only royalty-free music or music released for commercial use may be used. The use of standard, popular music libraries (mainstream charts) from TikTok, Instagram, and similar platforms is prohibited for commercial affiliate and collaboration videos. strictly prohibitedThis can lead to expensive copyright infringement notices. Protect your account and only use the "Commercial Audio Library" of the respective platform or royalty-free sounds.
- No discriminatory or sensitive content (prohibited traffic sources): Our products may not be displayed in connection with political, religious, discriminatory, harmful to minors, racist, sexist, or violence-glorifying content. Without prior written authorization, advertising on platforms or in environments featuring adult/pornographic content, illegal file-sharing/streaming sites, gambling or betting platforms, as well as crypto or high-risk investment promotions is strictly prohibited. Violation will result in immediate exclusion.
- No use of generative AI: The use of generative AI (artificial intelligence) to create fake images/videos or to significantly alter the image or video content of our products is not permitted. Standard technical editing such as cutting, color correction, automated subtitles, or image stabilization remains permitted.
- No misleading promises: No unsecured quality promises, guarantees, or false claims may be made about NordlichtProducts will be set up. Strictly adhere to the official information regarding product specifications and materials in our online shop or the provided briefing.
- No Brand Bidding (Google Ads / Meta Ads Block): It is prohibited to run your own paid advertisements (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads) using our brand name "Nordlicht" or variations thereof in order to capture affiliate traffic. Partners may not compete with our own advertisements in search engine marketing.
- No spamming on discount sites: Affiliate links and personal discount codes may not be used on voucher portals, discount sites, in forums or in the comment sections of the official social media channels of Nordlicht to be shared.
Consequences of violations & indemnification
Should a post violate the above guidelines, the content must be removed by the creator upon request from Nordlicht be deleted or modified immediately.
Sales generated through a non-compliant post will be canceled in the system and not commissionableIn cases of repeated, intentional, or serious violations, we reserve the right to permanently block the affiliate account and exclude future collaborations.
Indemnification: The affiliate provides Nordlicht We shall be fully and immediately indemnified against all claims, demands and damages by third parties (including the costs of appropriate legal defense, warning notices and attorney fees) caused by a disregard of these guidelines, incorrect advertising labeling or a breach of the rights guarantees given (e.g. music copyrights).
