You love the item, but it doesn't fit properly? No problem - within Germany you can exchange it for a different size free of charge. Simply report the exchange via the Returns portal
It's a shame that your item doesn't fit or you don't like it. However, it's no problem to return the item. We have our Returns portal, which makes it easy to process returns. All you need is your order number and the email address you used to place the order. In our Returns portal you can easily create your return label online, the costs of 4,90€ will simply be deducted from your refund.
Simply follow the steps in the returns portal and send the item back to us. You will then receive the shipping label as a QR code, or you can have it sent to you by email and print it out.

You will receive an email from us as soon as your return has arrived at our warehouse. Once your return has been checked, we will refund you the amount using the same payment method you used to pay.
We want to be open and transparent about our costs. Instead of including shipping costs in the product price, we show you what shipping actually costs. However, for orders over €150, we cover shipping costs within Germany - that's our small thank you for your support!

Yes. We ship with DHL GoGreen and can therefore ship to DHL Packstations. Please enter your Postcode be sure to enter the field “additional address“ to ensure delivery.
No problem! You can return your order easily and conveniently via our Returns portal If you need support, just write to us service@nordlichtstore.com, and we will be happy to help you.
As soon as we receive and process your return, you will receive a confirmation by email. We usually process returns very quickly so that you receive your refund as soon as possible.
You will receive an email as soon as your return has arrived at our warehouse. We will then process it as quickly as possible - this usually takes 3-4 working days. Please note that the return can also take up to 14 days. As soon as your return has been checked and processed, we will refund you the money using the same method you paid.
Even if you ordered through Avocadostore, you can register your return directly via our Nordlicht returns portal – it's very easy:

Simply log in with your order number (important: use our order number, not the Avocadostore order number; you'll find it on the delivery note inside your package) and your postal code. Then you can specify the reason for the return, create your return label, and send the package back.

Yes, it is now possible – and the best thing is: it is free! Just visit our Returns portal and send the item that doesn't fit back to us. While you're creating the return, you can also select the new size you want us to send you. Currently, we only offer exchanges for a different size, but we're working on offering other colors and styles soon. Stay tuned!
For the Returns portal you will need your order number and the email address you used to order. Simply follow the steps and your new item will soon be on its way to you! Please note that exchanges are currently only possible within Germany.
